Technical Account Manager

Fulltime automates the fight against heart disease, using Artificial Intelligence. Our product needs to handle large volumes of echocardiograms at scale, and quickly provide comprehensive patient reports to customers. To ensure we keep providing excellent customer service, we look for an IT support role.

Your responsibilities include assisting the technical lead in account creation, hardware and software installation on sites and providing customer support.


  • Manage customer onboarding SOP
  • Provide customer account support
  • Manage our website and its content
  • Install and manage hardware and software on sites
  • Communication with partners and customers

Minimum requirements

  • Residing in Singapore
  • Experience with website CMS
  • Windows/Linux support experience
